Matchio engages third-party subprocessors to help us provide services to our customers. As a condition of permitting a subprocessor to process personal data, Matchio may enter into a written agreement with each subprocessor to protect customer personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure or access.
